Senior cat kept pawing her shelter window until someone adopted her

After her human passed away, Sienna the cat was 13 years old and living at Tabby’s Place, a cat shelter located in New Jersey. She was so used to having her human around and being loved that she felt very sad and craved human attention, which is why she would desperately paw her shelter window every time someone walked by.

The scenario was so heartbreaking that Sienna’s photos went online and when Terri saw them, she rushed to meet Sienna. As soon as the two met and Sienna did her usual pawing, Terri knew she had to take the lovely senior cat home. It’s been a year since Terri took her home and re-named her Chloe and the love, attention and care haven’t stopped!

We’re so happy for Chloe!
